The mobile battery replacement service has been a true service enhancement over the past 9 years. Members love the convenience of the program and are truly impressed by our ability to offer on-the-spot battery replacement. Obviously the club benefits by better CSI surveys, the ability to lower repeat calls and the commission on each battery sale. Contractors view Battery Service as a value added benefit. Not only do they more than double their profit on each battery replacement call, contractors are viewed in a different light by the members and, as a result, have significantly increased business at their repair shops.
