Club Assist

To achieve success we believe that our people have to be expert in their own job area and to be as multi skilled as possible. We need everyone to understand our business and to be focussed on improving their job knowledge and skills all the time. This may involve participating in formal training programs, undertaking self development studies, learning on the job, taking on additional responsibilities, being involved in projects or obtaining exposure to new ways of doing things.

The learning process starts when you first join Club Assist and it never stops. We are working on our orientation programs so that we continually improve the way we familiarise new people with our business, and the way we teach them their jobs.

We focus upon training and we continually develop internal training programs to assist new and existing staff. We also support some external training programs, and provide some assistance with external studies if is beneficial to the work situation.
