Welcome to Global Operations. We provide the front-line products and services to our Automotive Club partners around the world, managing the sales and service delivery of batteries, starter motors, alternators, towing, road service and vehicle maintenance.
Our key function is to drive sales growth in each market, whilst delivering world-class service to our clubs and their members.
We have a number of operating models, depending on the club’s requirements. For example, we may provide full road service – where we attend a customer’s disabled vehicle and ‘get them on their way’; through to a ‘product replenishment’ model.
Our key service model in Australia and New Zealand provides ‘second tier’ battery and car electrics services – where club service staff attend the vehicle first and refer the work to us, unless the customer has asked for a direct attendance.
In North America, we generally provide an ‘enhanced’ product program – whereby we supply the battery as well as comprehensive training, marketing and support programs. The roadside service in these cases is provided by Club contractors. |
