Brett Davies founded Club Assist in 1992 with the vision to introduce a logistical model to Automotive clubs worldwide that drives down their infrastructural costs and, simultaneously, increases their revenue streams. He has 30 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry. Known for his dedication to people management, Brett focuses the business on values – both the values of Club Assist’s client clubs, their members and the Club Assist employees.
Under Brett’s directorship, Club Assist now reaches out to over 30 million automotive club members in 7 countries worldwide.

Clive Hall has held senior executive positions in investment and merchant banking, including Managing Director of National Australia Limited between 1985 and 1993 and was Chairman of the International Banks and Securities Association between 1990 and 1992. Currently non-executive Chairman of Victorian Energy Networks Corporation, RACV Finance Limited and GUD Holdings Limited and a director of Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV) Ltd and was President and Chairman of RACV from 2004 until 2007.

With over 30 year experience in the automotive and battery industry, Stuart Davies has worked with Club Assist since 1992. Previously heading up operations globally, Stuart was promoted to the role of CEO & Executive President in July 2006.    

 

Steve Howard

Steve has spent ten years in various roles on the Executive Management Team at RACV. Steve's current role includes strategy and corporate planning, new business development, legal, the portfolio management of RACV's investments in subsidiaries and associate companies as well as merger, acquisition and divestiture of companies. Steve serves on the Board of Club Assist Corporation Pty Ltd and is also RACV's nominee director on the following Boards ; Intelematics Australia Pty. Ltd; Insurance Manufacturers of Australia Ltd. ( alternate director).Steve holds a BA Business (Accounting) and is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

  

Greg GoodmanGreg Goodman
Group Chief Executive and Company Secretary RACT

Greg Goodman is the Group Chief Executive and Company Secretary of The Royal Automobile Club of Tasmania Limited, a position he has held since 1999. The responsibilities of this position are to ensure company profitability, financial control, strategic business planning and development, implementation of leading market strategies along with management of major stakeholder relationships and providing improved member value with a balance of profitability and long-term strategic goals.In the past seven years, Greg has restructured and revitalised the RACT brand in Tasmania and further developed the three core businesses being Roadside, Travel and Insurance. Prior to taking up his current position, Greg was self-employed for 12 years and, during the 1980’s, he was employed in the banking industry specialising in finance and administration

Tony Stuart

Tony Stuart was appointed Chief Executive Officer of NRMA Motoring & Services in September 2003. Previously, Tony was CEO of Sydney Airports Corporation Limited from its initial corporatisation in 1998 to its $5.6 Billion privatisation in 2002. Tony's management career includes senior executive positions held in New Zealand with Shell New Zealand and in the United Kingdon with Shell International, British Airways Plc and Manchester Airport Plc.

Tony serves on a number of NRMA group boards including AdventureWorld Travel Pty Ltd and Kingmill Pty Ltd (trading as Thrifty Australia); Australian Motoring Services Pty Ltd, the Australian Automobile Association; and not for profit organisations The Heart Research Institute and the Australian Institute of Management, NSW and ACT.
